THE BRICKYARD AT PLAYA VISTA
IN THE ARCHITECT'S NEWSPAPER

Currently under construction, The Brickyard in Playa Vista, California, is featured in the May issue of Architect’s Newspaper.  The project is made up of three buildings and will add 422,000 square feet of office space to the booming tech neighborhood that is already the home to Google, Facebook, YouTube, and Belkin.  The project, designed for developer Tishman Speyer next to the firm’s Playa Vista Central Park, will create a visual gateway into the Playa Vista campus while also serving as an extension of the active recreational park nearby.  Construction began in early 2015 and is scheduled to be completed in 2016.
