Karisma joined MMA after receiving her Master of Architecture degree with Distinction at Cornell University, where her research and studies on sustainable building materials and assemblies received faculty and department recognitions. She received her Bachelor of Architecture degree with Distinction at Syracuse University, and her award-winning research on human cognition and trans-disciplinary design applications has been featured in several architectural publications. Prior to joining MMA, she spent time working in New York on cultural, infrastructural, civic and educational projects.
