With over 30 years of expertise, Managing Principal Tim Williams brings a wealth of experience and leadership to MMA. Tim has led the development of some of the firm’s most complex and high-profile projects, successfully navigating intricate design challenges and delivering exceptional results. His portfolio includes transformative landmark projects that have reshaped urban landscapes and cultural spaces, including the new Los Angeles Sixth Street Viaduct, the Winnipeg Art Gallery’s Inuit Art Centre, and Star Apartments. As Managing Principal, Tim oversees the firm’s professional staff and ensures the successful execution of all project commitments, while fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. His leadership continues to support and guide MMA’s vision, ensuring the firm remains at the forefront of its field. Tim earned his Bachelor of Architecture with Distinction from the Southern California Institute of Architecture where he was awarded the Top Thesis Medal upon graduation.
